Below are a list of Tours that we do on a regular basis, there will be information on the tour along with the time needed and as much useful information as we can give you, the prices will vary depending on the pick up and drop off point and the amount of time you want to spend, please click the Tour Enquiry form below and leave us some details and we will get back to you with a price for your tour, if you are having more than one full day of touring there will be a discounted rate.

 

Gleams Castle Tour (St Andrews Taxis)

H1. Glamis Castle 

From St Andrews we cross the River Tay to the City of Dundee and north to Glamis Castle,family home of the Earls of Strathmore and childhood home of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. The castle is also the legendary setting

for Shakespeare's "Macbeth"

Glenturret Distillery - Famous Grouse Whisky

H2. Famous Grouse Whisky Tour


From St Andrews we head for the Fair City of Perth and then on to the attractive spa town of Crieff.  Just beyond Crieff is Glenturret Distillery – home of The Famous Grouse whisky - where we spend some time touring the distillery and – if you wish - sampling The Spirit of Scotland.  We return via Dundee and cross the ‘silvery Tay’ to St Andrews.

H.3 Historic St Andrews & the Fishing Villages

 


We tour St Andrews then move on to explore the quaint fishing villages of the East Neuk (corner) of Fife – Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem, St Monans, Elie and Largo (birthplace’ of Robinson Crusoe).  We return to St Andrews via a rural scenic route which passes through lovely countryside and offers fabulous views across the Firth of Forth and the North Sea.

Falkland Palace Tour (G&A Taxis St Andrews)

H.4 Royal Palaces and Ancient Burghs

 


We tour St Andrews then travel down the Howe of Fife to the ancient Royal Burgh (town) of Falkland and the historic Palace – a former Royal hunting lodge.  Weather permitting, we visit the East Lomond viewpoint for wonderful panoramic views of the Fife coastline.
